I love you not because of what you look like, because of who you are and what you do. The fact that you represent an underrepresented group in the high-tech epicenter of the world is so inspiring to me. Silicon Valley is a place where white and Asian men are the rulers, so your very presence is an act of defiance, and that is such a turn on. You are pioneers, MBA’s, doctors and Rhodes Scholars that got to where you are by working and not twerking makes me love you even more. Your external beauty might might fade with time but your beautiful minds will be remembered forever. there are so many of you that go unnamed but your contributions to today’s world won’t go unrecognized or unappreciated. You do more than just engineer, design software and market. Every time one of you are hired you close the gender and racial gap, making it easier for those that will come after to go further. In a world where women want to act like Linda Lovelace you aspired to be like Ada Countess of  Lovelace. There is nothing more attractive than brilliant woman. Women like you are rare. All I can do is stay out of your way, admire you from a distance, applaud your accomplishments and continue to send you positive energy. To paraphrase Maxine Williams you’re not not just changing an industry, you’re changing the world.
